Mediking Doctor ("App", "we", "our", or "us") is a healthcare practice-management application designed for licensed medical professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when Doctors use the App to manage schedules, appointments, prescriptions, patients, assistants, and professional activities.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Who Can Use This App

The App is intended only for:

1. Licensed doctors
2. Authorized healthcare professionals
3. Approved assistants created by doctors

Doctor accounts cannot be created directly inside the App. Registration and verification are managed externally through our official website and administrative approval process.

Doctors may create and manage patient records including:

4. Permissions We Use

The App requests only the permissions necessary for core functionality.

INTERNET	Secure communication with Mediking servers

When a doctor chooses to upload a prescription attachment, or medical image, the App uses the device's built-in system photo picker to allow the user to select specific files. The App does not request or maintain broad access to the device's photo or media library.

We do NOT access:

1. Contacts
2. SMS messages
3. Call logs
4. Microphone
5. Device location
6. Background location

Permissions are requested only when required by the feature being used.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

1. Authenticate users
2. Manage doctor accounts
3. Create schedules and appointments
4. Generate prescriptions and PDFs
5. Send notifications and OTP verification
6. Improve app stability and security
7. Detect fraud or unauthorized access

We do not use personal or medical data for advertising purposes.

6. Medical & Patient Data

Patient data entered into the App is controlled by the Doctor using the platform.

Doctors are responsible for:

1. Obtaining necessary patient consent
2. Maintaining confidentiality
3. Ensuring lawful use of patient information

Mediking processes patient data only to provide healthcare management services requested by the Doctor.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal, medical, or patient information to third parties.

We may share limited information only with trusted service providers necessary for operating the App, such as:

2. SMS/email service providers
3. Analytics or technical service providers

You can manage or revoke app permissions (such as notifications) through your device settings.

The App is not intended for children.

Doctor accounts are available only to adults and authorized healthcare professionals.

Patient records relating to minors are the responsibility of the treating Doctor.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.
