Welcome to MediKing. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. By using MediKing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Section 02
Nature of Service (No Medical Advice)
Informational Purpose Only
MediKing is a digital platform that facilitates the discovery of doctors and diagnostic centers in Bangladesh. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on the app is for informational purposes only.
Emergency Situations
DO NOT USE MEDIKING FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you have a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Section 03
User Accounts & Responsibilities
To ensure the quality of our service, users are expected to maintain account security and provide accurate information.
Accuracy
Confirm that you provide accurate and complete information when registering an account or booking an appointment.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Misuse
You agree not to use the app for any fraudulent bookings or to disrupt the services of healthcare providers.
Section 04
Booking and Appointments
MediKing acts as a scheduling facilitator between users and healthcare providers.
- Availability: Appointment slots are subject to the doctor’s or diagnostic center's actual availability. MediKing is not responsible for rescheduled or canceled appointments.
- Fees: MediKing may offer the service for free or charge a convenience fee. Medical fees for consultations or tests are settled directly with the provider unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediKing shall not be liable for:
- Any medical malpractice, negligence, or unsatisfactory service by the doctors or diagnostic centers.
- Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
- Technical errors, data loss, or service interruptions.

Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal and health data in accordance with our commitment to user privacy.
Section 07
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and content within the MediKing app and platform are the property of MediKing. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.
Section 08
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app without notice if you violate these terms or engage in any behavior that harms the platform or its users.
Section 09
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
